Yes, we sure do have a van!
Since 2004, ArtVan has been providing a safe environment through the therapeutic arts to encourage Youth with limited arts access to fully express their imaginations, relationships, and experiences. We believe that artistic expression and imaginative play are vital to strengthen resiliency and empowerment among all ages, especially Youth, and everyone should have access to creative outlets.
ArtVan is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in Maine that accepts tax-deductible donations.

'Hats for Sale' Happening Now!
‘Hats for Sale’ is an artful fundraiser with Altered Couture’s Christine DeTroy and 21 local artists!
All Artists are donating 50%-100% of the proceeds towards ArtVan. Do you see a hat you’d like to purchase?
Contact the Artist directly to purchase — starting Saturday, April 17th. Hats go to the FIRST person to contact the Artist. If any questions arise regarding the process or curious about connecting with the ArtVan team specifically? Reach out using the contact form at the bottom of the website.
At the end of the month, some hats will be displayed in the windows of Riley’s Insurance in downtown
Brunswick. Stay tuned!
Thanks to News Center Maine’s 207 for featuring ArtVan in January 2021! The 207 Team highlighted just how Art Therapy and the switch to ArtBags continues to offer a space for Youth.
